Terms of Service

adstoboards is currently under active development. These terms describe the service as it is being built and may change as the product evolves.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using adstoboards (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

adstoboards is a monday.com marketplace application that connects to your advertising accounts and synchronizes performance data (and, where supported, lead data) into your monday.com boards. The Service runs inside monday.com’s infrastructure.

3. Development status

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data availability is not guaranteed during this period.

4. Your accounts and connections

To use the Service you authorize it to access your advertising accounts and your monday.com account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your accounts, and for complying with the terms of each advertising platform you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on monday.com and on the advertising platforms you connect (such as Google Ads, Meta, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

adstoboards and its original content and software are owned by us. These terms grant you no right to our trademarks or branding. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and removing the app from monday.com. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time during development.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
