Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
adstoboards is currently under active development. This policy describes how the Service handles data and may be updated as the product evolves.
Summary
adstoboards runs entirely inside monday.com’s infrastructure. The application is hosted on monday code (monday.com’s serverless platform), and all data and credentials it uses are stored within monday.com’s Storage and Secure Storage. We do not operate separate external databases or servers that store your data, and we do not sell your data.
Information we process
- monday.com account information — identifiers such as your account and user IDs, provided by monday.com so the app can operate within your workspace.
- Advertising account credentials — the OAuth tokens you grant when you connect an ad platform. These are stored in monday.com Secure Storage and used only to fetch your data.
- Advertising performance data — metrics and related entity information (and, where supported, lead data) retrieved from the ad platforms you connect and written to your monday.com boards.
How we use it
We use this information solely to provide the Service: to sync your advertising data into your monday.com boards according to the configuration you choose. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Where your data lives
All processing and storage happens within monday.com’s infrastructure. Credentials are held in monday.com Secure Storage; synced performance data resides on your own monday.com boards, under your control. adstoboards does not copy your data to any external store.
Third-party services
To provide the Service, adstoboards interacts with:
- monday.com — the platform that hosts the app and stores its data. Your data is subject to monday.com’s own privacy policy.
- The advertising platforms you connect — such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and others. We access their APIs on your behalf, using the access you authorize, to retrieve your data. Each platform’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We access only the data needed to provide reporting, using the minimum scopes required.
Data retention and deletion
Credentials are retained only while a connection is active. When you disconnect an ad account or remove the app from monday.com, the associated credentials stored in Secure Storage are deleted. Performance data written to your monday.com boards remains under your control and can be deleted by you at any time.
Security
Credentials are stored in monday.com Secure Storage and are never exposed in the app’s interface. The Service requests the least-privileged access necessary and relies on monday.com’s platform security controls.
Your choices
You can disconnect any connected ad account, remove synced data from your boards, or uninstall the app at any time. For questions or requests regarding your data, contact us.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
